Welcome to HistoricalAtlas APP!
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between Jododdle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We") and all users (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") of HistoricalAtlas (hereinafter referred to as the "APP" or "Service").
By accessing or using any services provided through this APP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
Service Overview: HistoricalAtlas is an integrated platform for historical geography visualization, knowledge sharing, and interactive experiences, designed to provide comprehensive historical-geographical information and related services.
Account Registration: Users must complete the registration process to access premium content. During registration, users must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, and warrant against identity impersonation or false submissions. The Company reserves the right to verify submitted information and may request additional documentation when necessary.
Legal Compliance: Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and their jurisdiction, and refrain from any unlawful activities through the APP.
Content Standards: User-generated content (including comments, images, videos, etc.) must be lawful, original/licensed, and free from pornography, violence, gambling, fraud, defamation, privacy/intellectual property violations.
Payment Services: The APP supports PayPal Pay. Users must adhere to respective payment platforms' terms and ensure transaction security. The Company isn't liable for payment errors caused by user negligence.
Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, all user data including payment information will be permanently erased. Reusing the service requires repurchasing.
APP Ownership: All software, documents, graphics, media, text, and data within HistoricalAtlas are proprietary to the Company or licensors, protected under international copyright laws. Users are granted limited usage rights only.
User Content: Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and store such content for service enhancement.
The Company respects user privacy. A detailed Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding personal information collection, usage, storage, and sharing. Users should review this policy before using the APP.
Technical Issues: Due to internet unpredictability, the Company doesn't guarantee uninterrupted service and disclaims liability for outages/hacking/data loss beyond our control.
Content Disclaimer: The APP may display user-generated or third-party content. The Company doesn't verify its accuracy/completeness, and users assume all risks associated with such content.
Amendments: The Company may modify this Agreement as needed, with changes posted conspicuously in the APP. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Termination: Users may terminate this Agreement by ceasing APP use and deleting accounts. The Company reserves the right to suspend access for violations.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between parties, superseding all prior agreements.
